2CY, KCB gear oil pump in the pump body is equipped with a pair of rotary gears, an active, a passive, depending on the two gears meshing each other, the pump the whole working chamber is divided into two independent parts.
A is the suction cavity and B is the discharge cavity.
When the pump is running, the active gear drives the passive gear to rotate. When the gear is toothed from meshing to disengaging, the suction side (A) will form A local vacuum and the liquid will be inhaled.
The inhaled liquid is filled with each tooth valley of the gear and brought to the discharge side (B). When the gear enters into mesh, the liquid is extruded, forming a high-pressure liquid and discharged out of the pump through the discharge outlet of the pump.
