Gear coupling needs to be assembled after purchase, and there are many details to be paid attention to in the process.

1) before installing the outer gear sleeve, discharge the power end and reducer smoothly and securely;
2) do the lifting, transportation and insulation work of the outer gear shaft sleeve well to avoid falling off in the assembly process or affecting the assembly due to the temperature drop;
3) ensure that the dial indicator is fixed steadily and reliably and the support must have sufficient stiffness during measurement;
4) in order to obtain reliable and accurate data during measurement, the average value of the readings should be taken after several continuous measurements;
5) do a good job of marking, disassembling and assembling the coupling, should be carried out according to the marked position, accuracy and technical requirements;
6) the temperature rise of the reducer is high during the working process. Under normal circumstances, the operating temperature of the power end should be lower than the operating temperature of the reducer. Considering the difference in the height of the thermal expansion shaft end of the reducer during the adjustment, it is recommended that the output shaft of the reducer should be slightly lower than the axis at room temperature (but within the range of b value).
7) when tightening the connection bolts of the two inner rings after proper adjustment, tighten them evenly and symmetrically, gradually and with the same tightening force.
The proper installation of the coupling can improve the operation of the equipment, reduce the vibration of the equipment, and extend the service life of the coupling.
