Description:

oil transfer pump function is to ensure diesel fuel is transferred from the fuel tank to tank. This kinds oil pump can be diaphragm pump or gear pump. And maintain a certain oil supply pressure to overcome the resistance of the pipeline and fuel filter, so that diesel fuel circulates in the low-pressure pipeline.
Oil capacity: generally 3 ~ 4 times of the total load requirement of diesel engine.
The types are piston type, diaphragm type, slide type and gear type.

Oil transfer pump Working principle:

1.Preparation process of oil pressure: As the camshaft of the injection pump rotates, the eccentric wheel pushes the roller, push rod and piston to move outward, and the oil pressure of the pump chamber I increases due to the decrease of volume. Close the oil inlet valve and press out the oil valve, and the diesel will flow from the pump chamber I to the pump chamber II through the oil outlet valve.

2.Oil absorption and pressure stroke: When the eccentric wheel’s convex part turns off the roller, the piston will behave in a proper way under the action of the spring, the oil pressure of pump room II will increase, the oil outlet valve will be closed, and the diesel will flow to the oil filter through the oil channel.
At this point, the volume of pump chamber I increases, pressure drops, oil inlet valve 3 is sucked open, diesel oil changes through the inlet and inlet valve into the pump chamber I.

3.Hand oil pump: pull the piston of hand oil pump, absorb oil and press oil.

Application

The normal applicable temperature of the oil pump is within 250 degrees. If high-temperature medium needs to be transported, it can be customized high temperature magnetic pump. The applicable temperature can be within 350 degrees.
The oil transfer pump is suitable for conveying lubricating oil or other liquids of similar properties with no solid particles and fibers, non-corrosive, temperature not higher than 250℃, viscosity of 5×10-6 ~ 1.5×10-3m2/s(5-1500 CST), and for hydraulic transmission systems.
Pump flow: 1-58 cubic meters per hour.
High temperature pump is suitable for conveying medium with high temperature and no impurity. It adopts two kinds of mechanical seal and packing seal. It is used in plastic and rubber processing industry.

Operation method:

To reduce the water temperature, the water outlet temperature of the agricultural diesel engine is generally lower than 45℃, so that the diesel cannot be completely burned, the oil viscosity is large, and the operation resistance is increased, so it consumes much oil, so it is necessary to increase the temperature of the diesel engine cooling water.

The most commonly used model 195 diesel engine is taken as an example.
When a diesel engine is used for a period of time, the advance Angle of fuel supply will be reduced due to wear, resulting in too late fuel supply and increased fuel consumption.
Therefore, the oil supply Angle should be guaranteed to be in the best Angle.

To ensure that the machine does not leak oil diesel oil pipelines are often due to joint surface uneven gasket deformation or damage and there are loopholes.
