Magnetic pump with static seal instead of dynamic seal, thus thoroughly solve the problem of leakage.
It is mainly used for transporting poisonous, harmful, inflammable, explosive, corrosive and valuable liquid.
Now widely used in the production of magnetic drive pump magnetic drive centrifugal pump, the following is commonly used magnetic drive centrifugal pump.

1. Basic knowledge of equipment

1.1 working principle

The motor is connected with the external magnetic rotor by coupling, and the impeller is connected with the internal magnetic rotor.
A fully sealed isolation sleeve is arranged between the inner and outer magnetic rotors. The isolation sleeve is fastened on the pump cover to seal the medium transported by the pump in the form of static seal in the pump body, so that the medium will not leak out.
When the external magnetic rotor rotates under the drive of the motor, due to the mutual attraction and repulsion between the magnetic poles of the permanent magnets of the internal and external magnetic rotor, the internal magnetic rotor is driven to rotate together, so as to drive the pump shaft to rotate, to achieve the purpose of conveying liquid.

1.2 equipment structure

Magnetic pump is mainly composed of shell (pump cover, pump body, etc.), external magnetic rotor, internal magnetic rotor, isolation sleeve, shaft, bearing, etc.

1.3 main performance indicators

The main parameters include flow rate, head, speed, power and efficiency.

1.4 equipment use

Used for transporting toxic, harmful, inflammable, explosive, corrosive and valuable liquids.

2. Steps of starting and stopping

No idling is allowed in the operation of magnetic pump.
Short idling, even within a few seconds, will cause the pump shaft to break, bearing and isolation sleeve damage, internal and external magnetic steel degaussing.

Magnetic pump medium is not allowed to contain ferromagnetic impurities and hard impurities.
Magnetic pumps are not allowed to operate at less than 30% rated flow rate.

2.1 check and prepare before starting up

(1) prepare necessary starting tools: valve hook, wrench, etc.
(2) check whether the screws of each connection part of the pump are fastened, whether the motor grounding wire is good, and whether the valve is flexible and easy to use.
(3) magnetic pump with rolling bearing box, check oil quantity and oil quality to meet the requirements.
(4) no jam and abnormal noise.

2.2 startup steps

(1) open the inlet valve and pump.
(2) open the vent valve and exhaust fully.
(3) fully open the outlet valve of the pump and then close it.
(4) start the motor and check the current and pressure.
(5) after the outlet pressure is stable, slowly open the outlet valve to control the outlet pressure.

2.3 routine inspection and maintenance

(1) check whether the equipment has abnormal sound and vibration, and whether the fastener is loose.
(2) mainly check whether the current, temperature rise and outlet pressure are normal and whether there is leakage.

2.4 stopping steps

(1) close the outlet valve.
(2) stop the motor.
(3) close the inlet valve.
