Gear coupling divided into half gear and full gear two kinds. Among various kinds of couplings, drum gear type couplings have the characteristics of large transmission torque and strong absorption ability.

1. Use and maintenance

Regular maintenance of the equipment can extend the service life. The same equipment, operated by different workers, will have different lifetimes. So, pay attention to equipment maintenance and staff training. This is important.

2. Assembly:
There are dozens of gear couplings, but there are two basic forms:
(1): combination of internal and external teeth
(2): end tooth structure.
All the other forms are based on these two forms.
Internal and external teeth combined transmission torque is higher.

Assembly requirements:
(1): the radial displacement of the two shafts and the gap deviation of the end face shall meet the requirements.
(2): the coupling internal teeth and external teeth mesh well.
Low torque, low speed ZL/4 grease is the best choice.
High torque, high speed HL20 or HL30 lubricants are best.
You can’t have an oil leak.
