Pulse valve is the compressed air “switch” of the dust cleaning and blowing system of the pulse jet baghouse. Controlled by the output signal of the pulse controller, for baghouse bags are sprayed and the dust cleaning is carried out. One by one (chamber) to keep the resistance of the filter within the set range, so as to ensure the processing capacity and dust collection efficiency of the filter.
There are diaphragm in the pulse valve.This diaphragm divides the valve into a rear and a front air chamber.After the compressed air enters the rear chamber through the throttle hole, the rear chamber pressure will tighten the diaphragm at the outlet of the valve, when the valve is closed.When the electrical signal of the pulse-jet controller disappears, the armature in the valves returns to its original position.Then the vent in the rear chamber will close.The pressure in the rear chamber will also increase, the diaphragm will be pressed against the outlet of the valves, and the pulse valve will return to the closed state.
