CE Approved KCB Gear Pump USES:

KCB type gear pump is suitable for conveying lubricating oil without solid particles and fiber, non-corrosive. Temperature not higher than 180℃. viscosity of 5×10-6 ~ 1.5×10-3m2 / s (5-1500cst) or other liquids similar to lubricating oil.

Application scope:

KCB gear pump can be used as transmission and booster pump in oil transportation system.
In the fuel system can be used as transport, pressure, injection fuel pump;
In the industrial field, can be used for lubricating oil pumps.

Structural features:

KCB gear pump mainly consists of gear, shaft, pump body, protective valve, shaft end seal (special requirements, can choose magnetic drive pump, zero leakage structure).
The gear has high hardness and strength after heat treatment, and is installed in a replaceable shaft sleeve.
The lubrication of all parts in KCB pump is achieved automatically by using the output medium when the pump is working.
Pump with a reasonable design of oil drain and oil groove, is the gear in the work of the torque force is small, so the bearing load is small, small wear, high pump efficiency.
KCB pumps is equipped with a protection valve as overload protection, the total backflow pressure of the protection valve is 1.5 times of the rated discharge pressure of the pump, but also in the allowable discharge pressure range according to the actual needs of additional adjustment.
However, it should be noted that this protection valve cannot be used for the long-term work of the pressure reducing valve.
