Magnetic pump (also known as magnetic drive pump). Pump material mainly use stainless steel,PVDF,CFRPP,CPVC and so on.Manufacture magnetic drive gear pump and magnetic drive centrifugal pump two kinds.Including working principle, installation, product.

Working principle:

1.Mainly used for liquid transfer and pressurization.
2.It is mainly used to transfer water, oil, acid lye, emulsion and so on.
3.Main technical data: flow, suction, head, power, efficiency.
4.According to the form of the pump Kemai industrial pump mainly magnetic drive centrifugal pump and magnetic drive gear pump two kinds.
5.The pump transfers the mechanical energy to the liquid so that the liquid increases the energy.
6.Because this is a magnetic coupled pump,so the liquid does not leak.

Magnetic Pump material:

Because mainly used in the chemical industry, transfer acid or alkali liquid.
So most of the material is Stainless steel, PVDF, CFRPP, CPVC and so on.
According to the liquid, it is important to choose the right material.

Main USES:

1. Applicable to sewage, electroplating, coating, chemical plant, environmental protection, pharmaceutical, printing and dyeing, semiconductor, food and other fields.
2. Suitable for water, sea water and chemical liquid transportation and dosing with acid and alkalinity.
3. Easily handle sulfuric acid, hydrochloric acid, nitric acid, chromic acid, hydrofluoric acid, phosphoric acid, sodium hypochlorite and other liquids.

Installation and operation of magnetic pump:

1.Pump should be horizontally installed.But not upright.Plastic magnetic pump is not able to endure the weigh of pipeline.In case of special occasions requiring upright installation,motor should be kept upward.
2.When liquid level is higher than the centerline of pump,turn on the valve of intake pipe before start; When liquid level is lower than the centerline,a bottom valve should be fitted to the pipeline.
3.Check before operation to make sure that motor rotates fexible without jamming and abnormal sound. All fasteners are not loosened.
4.Check whether motor rotates in accordance with the direction sign.
5.After motor is started,slowly turn on discharge valve. When pump enters normal working state,adjust the discharge valve to the required opening.
6.Before pump stops working,turn off discharge valve first. And then the valve of intake pipe.

Service conditions:

Ambient Temperature:-20~40℃; Ambient humidity:95%; Height above ea level:not exceeding 1,000m.(If beyond,please clarify when placing an order).
1.When disassembling magnetic pump,the magnetic field radiated by inner and outer magnet steel components may produce interference. And even harmful influence to heart pacemaker,credit card,computer disk,watch etc.,
a)The above articles should be kept over 1 meter away from magnetic parts.
b)Above-mentioned problems don’t happen to assembled overall stainless steel magnetic pump. Because there is provided with a magnetic loop shield for your reassurance.
2.When inner magnet rotor is leveled to outer magnet rotor axially,and due to magnetic force.Users must take appropriate buffering measures to avold work accidents like fingers being clamped.
