Overview of centrifugal hot oil pump products：

Hot oil centrifugal pump technology advanced. High efficiency, it can run stably for a long time without leakage in hot state. No additional cooling system, safe and reliable use. It has been widely used in the heating system of heat carrier in China and has entered various industrial fields such as petroleum, chemical industry, rubber, plastics, pharmacy, textile, printing and dyeing, road building, food and so on. The air-cooled hot oil pump is mainly used for conveying weak corrosive high-temperature liquid without solid particles. The operating temperature is ≤350℃. This is an ideal hot oil circulating pump.

Structural features of centrifugal hot oil pump:

(1) The centrifugal hot oil pump is a second-generation product developed on the basis of digitating and absorbing GW oil pump. The basic structure is a single-stage single-suction cantilever foot support structure. The inlet of the hot oil pump is axial suction, the outlet is vertical upward, and the motor is mounted on the base.
(2) The support of Type air-cooled thermal oil pump adopts the structure form of double-end ball bearing support. The front end is lubricated by lubricating oil, the back end by grease, and there is a guide pipe in the middle for observing the sealing situation and recovering the thermal oil at any time.
(3) The hot oil pump adopts self-heating cooling structure, which changes the traditional water-cooling structure, making it simple in structure, small in volume, economical in operation cost, good in performance and reliable in use.
(4) The hot oil pump adopts the form of packing seal and mechanical seal. The high temperature resistant packing is used for packing seal, which has good thermal adaptability, while the mechanical seal adopts the hard alloy material with high mechanical strength and good wear resistance, which ensures the sealing performance under high temperature conditions.
(5) The hot oil pump adopts the third-generation polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) as the lip seal, which makes the sealing performance leap forward. Compared with the rubber seal, the reliability is improved by 25 times, and the corrosion resistance is very strong.
