(1)RY type air-cooled hot oil pump is the second generation product developed on the basis of digesting and absorbing GW oil pump.
The basic structure is a single-stage single-suction cantilever foot support structure. The inlet of the hot oil pump is axial suction, and the outlet is vertically upward at the center. It is mounted on the base together with the motor.
(2) The support of type RY air-cooled thermal conductivity centrifugal oil pump adopts the structure form of double-ended ball bearing support, and the front end is lubricated with lubricating oil.
The back end is lubricated with grease, and there is a guide tubing in the middle for observing the sealing situation and recovering the heat conducting oil at any time.
(3) The hot oil pump adopts self-heating cooling structure.
Changed the traditional water cooling structure, so that the structure is simple, small volume, saving operating costs, good performance, reliable use.
(4) The hot oil pump adopts the form of packing seal and mechanical seal.
Packing seal with high temperature resistant packing, with good thermal adaptability.
The mechanical seal is made of cemented carbide with high mechanical strength and good wear resistance.
The sealing performance under high temperature condition is guaranteed.
(5) The hot oil pump adopts the third-generation polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) as the lip seal, which makes the sealing performance leap forward. Compared with the rubber seal, the reliability is improved by 25 times, and the corrosion resistance is very strong.
